Meeting planner and partner in Argentina of FIP will be offering the accommodation options for the 76th FIP World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
A number of rooms were reserved at various hotels that have been selected for your convenience.
All hotels are located in Ciudad de Buenos Aires, with good connection to the convention center at Hilton Hotel .
Reservations can be made online , by searching the hotel that you will select.
A mail form will be displayed at the official website of the FIP Congress and the info will be sent immediately.

Room rates
All rates are shown in USD (American dollars) .
Prices ( USD ) do not include applicable taxes of 21%.
Breakfast is included, excepted when mentioned.
All taxes are subject to change without previous notification.
Deposits and rooms are payables in American Dollars USD .
Reservation and payment
Hotel reservations can be made through the FIP 2016 web site for individual bookings (up to 9 rooms), a deposit payment for the first night must accompany your reservation. This deposit is payable by credit card only, and will be charged in American Dollars (USD ). Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your final hotel invoice when checking out from the hotel. The balance and potential additional incidents, such as minibar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.
Special requirements (as double room, twin room, smoking room) concerning the hotel rooms will be available upon request, and cannot be guaranteed.
Check in/out times | Early arrivals/late departures
Standard check in time at hotels is from 15:00. Check-out time is at 12:00. Should you need a guaranteed early arrival (before 15:00) or a late departure (after 12:00), an additional night is required to be booked and paid for.
